Shipping & RETURNS

 

We are sending the packages only to EU countries for now. Standard delivery for selected countries: delivered within 2-6 days.


We accept returns within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, with tag attached and the original packaging included.

  • Please be careful when trying on your purchases. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem, we're here to help. In case of return please contact us by email to customer@akurat.store. You must provide order number and information on the product you want to return.

Place the item inside the Akurát original packaging. Attach your label to the outside of the packaging and hand it in at your local post or courier company by your choice.

The address for return is Akurat Store, Zahradnicka 60, 82108, Bratislava, Slovakia.

We do not provide the free return. Please mind that customers are responsible for shipping costs.

The amount for the returned goods will be refunded to you, using the same payment method that we received payment from you, within 5 days of receiving the goods to our office.

EXCHANGES

We do not provide exchanges. Please go to our webshop and make a new order for the new item.
